Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all scholarships, awards, and incentive programs offered by Cambria Academy (the “School”). All scholarships and awards are institutional awards funded by the School and are subject to availability, eligibility, and School discretion.

General Terms

• All scholarships and awards are limited, non-transferable, and subject to availability.

• Scholarships and awards do not constitute federal or state financial aid.

• Award amounts, number of recipients, and eligibility criteria may vary by program, cohort, or award period.

• Awards may not be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated in writing by the School.

• The School reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any scholarship or award at any time, provided such changes do not affect awards already granted.

• Students must remain in good standing, including meeting attendance, academic, conduct, and professional standards, to retain eligibility where applicable.
   

Eligibility
To be eligible for any scholarship or award, applicants and recipients must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrollment.

• Be legally eligible to enroll in a School program and meet all admissions and licensing requirements.

• Not be an employee, contractor, instructor, owner, or immediate family member of the School.

Meeting eligibility requirements does not guarantee receipt of an award.

Founder’s Incentive Award
The Founder’s Incentive Award is an institutional enrollment incentive recognizing students who demonstrate financial commitment at the time of enrollment.

• Nail Technology students must pay 100% of tuition upon signing to be eligible.

• Cosmetology students must pay 50% of tuition upon signing to be eligible.

• Eligible students receive a partial tuition award applied to their student account.

• The award is contingent upon timely enrollment and fulfillment of payment requirements.

• Failure to complete enrollment or comply with payment terms may result in forfeiture of the award.
   

Full Ride Scholarship
The Full Ride Scholarship is a highly limited award covering up to 100% of tuition for one selected student per designated award period.

• Selection is not random and is not a drawing or lottery.

• Applicants must complete all required application steps and meet program eligibility requirements.

• Social media participation may be required as part of the application process; such participation is one component of evaluation and does not guarantee selection.

• The scholarship recipient is selected at the School’s discretion based on merit, motivation, alignment with the School’s values, and readiness for training.

• The scholarship may apply only to tuition, mandatory program fees, and required supplies, as defined by the School.

• The award is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.

If a recipient has previously paid tuition or mandatory program fees prior to the award being granted, reimbursement may be issued up to the total scholarship value, excluding non-covered charges, as determined by the School.
Recipients must maintain required attendance, academic progress, and professional conduct throughout the program. Failure to do so may result in revocation of the scholarship. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any social media platform.

Golden Apple Award
The Golden Apple Award is a post-graduation recognition designed to honor students who demonstrate consistent effort, professionalism, and dedication throughout their program.

• The award is presented after graduation.

• Multiple recipients may be selected per cohort at the School’s discretion.

• Each recipient may receive a $500 award or tuition credit, as determined by the School.

• Selection is based on factors including attendance, work ethic, professional conduct, and overall participation.

• The Golden Apple Award is not guaranteed and is not tied to enrollment, tuition payment decisions, or admissions incentives.
   

Selection, Verification, & Disqualification
The School reserves the right to:

• Verify applicant identity, eligibility, and compliance with award requirements.

• Disqualify or revoke awards due to false information, misrepresentation, manipulation of the application process, or failure to meet enrollment or program requirements.

• Make all final award determinations at its sole discretion. All decisions are final and non-negotiable.
   

Program Admission & Licensing
Receipt of a scholarship or award does not override:

• Program admission requirements

• State licensing or regulatory requirements

• Academic, attendance, or behavioral standards

If a recipient becomes ineligible to enroll or continue in a program, the scholarship or award may be forfeited and may be reassigned or withheld.

Promotional Content Use
By applying for or accepting a scholarship or award, applicants and recipients grant the School permission to use submitted content, including name, likeness, written responses, and publicly shared application materials, for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Additional Terms
Additional requirements, deadlines, and application procedures may apply to specific scholarships or award campaigns. Applicants are responsible for reviewing all applicable official rules or announcements associated with each award.
