Supervise Student Services
Actively oversee students during hands-on services, ensuring safety, sanitation, and proper technique.

Provide Feedback & Skill Evaluation
Observe student work, offer corrective guidance, and support consistent skill development and professionalism.

Maintain Learning Standards
Enforce state regulations, school policies, and sanitation requirements in both classroom and lab environments. Be a positive addition to our culture. 

Instructional Leadership 
Support and mentor instructors, ensure curriculum consistency, and uphold instructional quality across all cosmetology classes.
